Below you will find all the forms necessary for using the ASC facilities.
To book space for an event, please follow these instructions:
1) If you are an outside group, please refer to the list of documents under “Outside Groups.”
2) If you are an All Saints Church ministry or group, please refer to the list of documents under “All Saints Ministries/Groups.”
3) Download and read the corresponding Facilities Use Policy thoroughly.
4) Fill out an Application for Use of Facilities and send it to the Facilities Manager, Ben Bowman.
Upon receipt and review of an Application for Use of Facilities, you will be contacted by the Facilities Manager.
