Women’s Bible Studies

Together we take an honest look at scripture, we pray, and we talk.  Our goal?  To see Jesus more clearly and to learn to love each other well. This Fall we are taking a deeper look into the parables of Jesus, hoping to gain a new understanding of the truths he longed for us to know.

Morning Bible Study:

Come join us on Tuesday mornings! Jeline Hinkson will leading a Bible Study this fall on "Developing Godly Relationships" written by Linda  McGinn. For more info contact Mary Strecker (strecker.me@gmail.com). Every week from October 4th- December 13th.

"To God, relationships are essential. He has desired an intimate relationship with His people since creation. God placed us in permanent relationship with others by making us a part of Christ's body on earth, the church.  The inseparable bond and intimacy God desires among His people is described in John 17:1-2,20-26.  Three concepts introduced in this study are (1) God's pursuit of a relationship with His people:  (2) the relationship with God found in Jesus Christ;  (3) our responsibility to improve our God-ordained relationships with others."

Evening Bible Study:

Monday night Barbara Beasley will lead us through her study on the book of Ephesians, titled "The Household of God". Please contact Sarah Council at secouncil@gmail.com for more information. Every other week from September 26- December 12th.

" What does a life of discipleship look like?  Is that life attractive to non-believers, drawing them to seek the One we serve?  Is our life any different than the life of a non-believer?  In this study on Ephesians, "The Household of God",  we are not attempting to do an in-depth study from a scholarly point of view but rather to read it and to hear what it says to us as believers today living out our faith in a world that feels un-Christian and at times even anti-Christian."

Journeying Together

Ever just need to ask a question? Want to get to know someone one-on-one and meet for coffee? Need some sisterly advice about dating, parenting, marriage, loneliness, etc? The Women’s Ministry is launching something new called “Journeying Together” to provide opportunities for women to connect with and love one another as we journey together through the hilltops and valleys in life.

Contact Mary Catherine Shafer (marycatherineshafer@gmail.com) about getting connected with women who are open to talk and share.

Come!  Meet women at the All Saints Welcome desk!
