Using Our Facilities
Below you will find the facilities calendar and all the forms necessary for using the All Saints Church facilities.
To book space for an event, please follow these instructions:
1. Search for an available date/time for your event on the facilities calendar.
2. If you are an outside group, please refer to the list of documents under “Outside Groups.”
3. If you are an All Saints Church ministry or group, please refer to the list of documents under “All Saints Ministries/Groups.”
4. Download and read the corresponding Facilities Use Policy thoroughly.
5. Fill out an Application for Use of Facilities and send it to the Facilities Manager, Ben Bowman. After we receive and review the application, the Facilities Manager will contact you.
