Program overview

The All Saints Curacy is a two-year pastoral residency created to mentor, train, and equip the church leaders of tomorrow. We believe the local church—rightly ordered and faithfully led—is God’s hope for the world. With this conviction, All Saints offers aspiring leaders a healthy and supportive environment where they can learn, grow, and step into active ministry after completing their seminary degree.

Curacy Application Guide

Why consider our curacy?

Modeled on a medical residency, our Curacy is a two-year pastoral residency in which Curates serve as pastoral residents in our church and on our staff. Working alongside our Rector and Executive Pastor, Curates have the opportunity to shadow, learn, and practice ministry alongside seasoned clergy.

The Curacy is a full-time, paid position with full benefits. It offers a wide range of ministry opportunities suited to each Curate’s gifts, abilities, and long-term ministry focus, with multiple avenues for mentorship. In the final year of the Curacy, All Saints will help the Curate discern and plan for future employment in an Anglican parish. Both male and female applicants are considered for this position.
