Meet the all saints church staff
THE REV’D CHRIS SCHUTTE
RECTOR
Chris serves as Rector of All Saints Church, providing spiritual leadership, vision, preaching, and sacramental ministry for the parish. He oversees the mission and direction of the church, leads worship and discipleship formation, and works closely with staff and vestry to equip the church for ministry and growth throughout Durham.

EXECUTIVE PASTOR
Julie serves as Executive Pastor at All Saints, overseeing staff leadership, operations, planning, HR, and organizational health. She leads leadership development initiatives including curacy, seminarians/interns, and staff formation, while also coordinating systems and planning that support the mission and ministry of the church.

ASST. PRIEST | DIRECTOR OF PASTORAL CARE

Tyler serves as Assistant Priest and Director of Pastoral Care, overseeing pastoral care ministries, benevolence, catechumen leadership, and next generation ministries at All Saints. He provides spiritual care and support for parishioners while also leading and supporting children’s and youth ministry staff.

CURATE | DIRECTOR OF FORMATION

Mariah serves as Curate and Director of Formation, overseeing Sunday morning coordination, faith formation, small groups, newcomer integration, and mission partnerships. She works closely with staff and volunteers to help cultivate a growing, connected, and spiritually formed parish community.

DIRECTOR OF MUSIC
Jonathan leads the worship and music ministry of All Saints, overseeing worship planning, liturgical leadership, and the worship team. He works closely with clergy and volunteers to cultivate worship that is beautiful, prayerful, and rooted in the Anglican tradition.

DIRECTOR OF YOUTH
Will leads the youth ministry of All Saints, helping students grow in discipleship, community, and faith through teaching, mentoring, gatherings, and events. He works closely with families and volunteers to support students during key years of spiritual formation.
CARLEY causey
DIRECTOR OF FAMILY MINISTRIES
Carley oversees family ministries at All Saints, including children’s ministry, family care, curriculum development, and preparation for baptism and First Communion. She works with volunteers and families to help children grow in faith and become active participants in the life of the church.

PARISH ADMINISTRATOR
Tara serves as Parish Administrator, coordinating office operations, Sunday morning preparation, donations management, and day-to-day administrative support for the church. She helps ensure the ongoing organizational and logistical needs of the parish are carried out smoothly and effectively.

Our Executive Assistant will provide administrative support for the Rector, assisting with scheduling, communications, records, and day-to-day executive coordination.
CAITLIN WASHBURN
SOUND LEAD
Caitlin oversees sound and audio systems for worship services and special events at All Saints. She supports Sunday morning production and works closely with the worship team to help facilitate smooth and engaging worship gatherings.
PARKER HUGHES
PROJECT MANAGER
Parker serves as Building Project Manager for All Saints’ new church building project, overseeing demolition, construction coordination, and ongoing project management related to the church’s future building and campus development.
Jessy Williams
WORSHIP RESIDENT
Jesse serves as Worship Resident at All Saints, supporting worship administration, worship team coordination, and Sunday liturgical preparation while also continuing her formation for ministry. She assists with a variety of worship and music ministry needs throughout the life of the parish.

SEMINARIAN SUMMER INTERN
Sophie serves as a Seminarian Intern at All Saints, supporting a variety of ministries throughout the life of the parish while continuing her theological education and vocational formation for ministry. She assists with Sunday morning ministry, special projects, and parish life, while learning alongside the clergy and staff team.
